My Story

Hello! I'm Coach Kristen Williamson and I'm passionate about helping others achieve their personal best through nutrition and optimal training.

I found my love of running at a young age but did not start running marathons until my college days. As my workouts got harder in preparation for peak performance, I quickly realized I needed to fuel my body for workouts and recovery to build speed. As a dietitian, I enjoy digging into the science behind nutrition and endurance sports. After running two Boston Marathon Qualifying times, Olympic distance triathlons, and numerous half marathons, I'm a firm believer that personalized nutrition and training is the key to reaching fitness goals!

Whether you are working towards a Boston Qualifying time, training for an Ironman, or just looking to create healthier habits, let me help you reach your best and feel great!

My Approach/Commitment

As a Registered Dietitian, I help others create nutrition strategies that promote recovery and fueling before, during, and after each workout.

My approach is to help others eat intuitively, rather than tracking every nutrient, and creating freedom in food choices while still achieving goals. This approach helps develop long-lasting, healthy change that will serve someone long after they have crossed the finish line. I continually keep up on the latest nutrition research through webinars, reading research articles, and attending nutrition conferences. As a coach and personal trainer, I work with clients to help them set personal goals and support them through training, while maintaining a life balance. Training plans are always designed with each individual client in mind. My approach is to create plans focused on quality (vs quantity) workouts, tailored to the individual needs of each person.

FUELING

Simply put, food is fuel. There are times when this can make or break a workout. Let’s work together to make your nutrition work for you.

FITNESS

Fitness should be a lifelong commitment. While this may look different over the years, it should be part of your routine.

WELL-BEING

Combining fitness and nutrition together allows for a more holistic approach to overall well-being. These two work together for peak performance, overall health and prevention of chronic diseases.

I want to help you achieve your goals!
